Where to find Tournament Prize

Sponsor fees for accepted sponsors can be found at the following location

• "Sponsor Prize" section of the "Prize" tab under the "Sponsor section" shows the amount of prize money that can be received after subtracting the handling fee.

• "Sponsors" page the top menu of the tournament page. Status of Sponsor application can be viewed by selecting a tab at the bottom of the page. The amount shown here is before subtracting the handling fees.

• Sponsor section in the "Tournament Info" page of the tournament. This shows the amount of prize fee that can be receive after deducting the handling fee.

• The amount will be displayed during prize allocation and organizer fee collection. The amount shown here is after subtracting the handling fees.

Receiving Tournament Prize

Winners of tournaments will receive their tournament prizes when the organizer clicks on the "Finalize Tournament" button and the tournament is in the "Finished" status.

Receiving Organizer Cash Sponsor

Select "Sponsors" from the top menu on the tournament page.

On the top row, you can see the "Total" of sponsor fees, "Organizer" (fees for organizers), and "Prize" (prize fees for winners).

After the tournament and if there is an organizer sponsor fee, the organizer can receive the sponsor fee by selecting "Receive" within the "Organizer" box.

If you are the organizer of more than one team, you can also set up the allocation among the teams.

Allocating Prizes to Winners

Select "Sponsors" from the top menu on the tournament page.

On the top row, you can see the "Total" of sponsor fees, "Organizer" (fees for organizers), and "Prize" (prize fees for winners).

After the tournament is over, or if prize money exist, select "Allocation" next to "Prize" box to allocate the prize money to the winning teams or team members.
