Introduction
GauG Inc. ("GauG", "we", "us", "our") has established common rules that apply to all "Apex Legends" tournaments ("tournaments") held through the "Tournament Feature" of the "GauG" community platform that we operate ("GauG"). The following are the common rules applicable to all "Apex Legends" tournaments ("tournaments") held through the "Tournament Feature" of GauG.
The tournament organizer (the "organizer") agrees to conduct the Tournament in accordance with these Rules and Regulations. However, the organizer reserves the right to make rulings in the event that something occurs that is not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, or if the application of these Terms and Conditions would result in a significant lack of fairness. If there is any conflict between the decision of the organizer and these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the organizer shall prevail.
Entry Qualifications
To participate in Tournaments, you must meet the following requirements:
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Be a registered user of GauG and have registered to participate in the tournament through the tournament feature (hereinafter referred to as "Entry") to be eligible to participate in the tournament.
- Have access to the "Discord" communication tool, if specified by the organizer, and be able to respond to communications from the organizer on Discord.
- Participate in the tournament for which they have entered.
- Provide information (account information, email address, etc.) required by the organizer for prize payment and prize donation procedures.
- Receive and respond to communications from the organizer from the time of entry until the end of the tournament.
- Have not been banned by GauG or the organizer.
- Have a properly registered EA account. The EA account must not have been globally banned.
Participant Rendezvous
- Check-in at the "Check-in" tab of the tournament before the specified time.
- If the organizer specifies otherwise, check-in or join the tournament Discord server, etc.
