Click on the "Redeem" on the "Wallet" page to select either "Amazon Gift Card" or "Bank transfer" to redeem your coins.
Amazon gift cards can be exchanged for a minimum of 500 coins. For bank transfers, the minimum exchange requirement is 5000 coins.
Only individual coins can be exchanged, and team coins cannot be exchanged directly, but can only be transferred to team members.
Click on "Bank Transfer" after selecting "Redeem" on the "Wallet" page.
Fill in your bank account information according to the input fields and specify the amount of coins to be exchanged.
*The account information will be stored and managed by the payment platform Wise.
A handling fee of ¥250 JPY per transfer will be charged for each transfer. The amount after decuting the transfer fee will be transferred to your account.
The scheduled deposit date will be displayed on the confirmation screen when the bank transfer is completed.
You can also check your transfer history in the "Transaction History" section of the "Wallet" page.
Select "Details" for the bank transfer for which you wish to check the estimated deposit date.
If payment is not confirmed after the scheduled payment date, please contact Wise or your bank directly.
The estimated date of payment will not be displayed for cancelled bank transfers.
