- Tournament Search:
The list of tournaments are displayed on the "Tournaments" page on GauG. Find tournaments with "Entry Open" status.
- Entry:
Enter as a team by filling out the required information for the competition you wish to enter.
- Participating Teams Confirmation:
After the entry deadline, wait for the organizer to confirm the participating teams. Once participation is confirmed, the team representatives will be notified.
- Match Brackets Confirmation:
The organizer will prepare a list of matches for the tournament day. As soon as it is prepared, the team representatives will be notified and will be able to confirm it.
- Check-in:
Check-in begins 60 minutes prior to tournament start time. The deadline is 30 minutes before the tournament start time, so please make sure that all players are present before you check in as a representative. If for some reason you need to check in after the deadline, please notify the organizer in the chat room that your team is ready. The organizer can check in on behalf of the participating teams.
- Match Result Tally:
The organizer will be able to check the tally results after each match.
If the organizer announces that the results will be entered by the participants, the winning team will enter the results and the losing team will approve the results.
- Finalized Tournament:
The final results of the tournament will be announced by the organizer on the tournament page. If you have qualified for the qualifying round and have made it through the qualifying round, you will have to wait for the final match-up to be finalized after the tournament.
