1. Filling out the Tournament Form

Select VALORANT from this page then complete the form. (You can refer to the images below)

Organizing Team

Choose a team to organize tournament. The team that created the tournament will be displayed on the “Tournament” page.

Note: Users with manager access or higher can organize a tournament as part of the team.

Publish Type

Setting it to “Private” will make this tournament not visible on the “Tournament” page, only users with the link for this tournament can access the tournament page.

Rank or Casual

Setting to “Rank” will allow participants to earn GauG rank points based on their final tournament results.

Recruit Sponsors

Enabling this option will allow you to recruit sponsors for this tournament. (The publishing type will be set to “Public.”)

Bracket Size

You can host tournaments with a minimum of 4 teams up to a maximum of 128 teams.

Game Mode

If there will be multiple game modes for the tournament, select “Multiple” from the drop-down menu.

Description

Give a description of the tournament. (At least 30 characters.)

Advance Settings

Enabling Advance Settings will allow you to customize the tournament in more detail.

Entry Code

Enabling the entry code will require participants to enter a code that is set here during entry, allowing you to lock the entry process.

Timeline

You can set the timeline information for the tournament. Clicking the “Auto Create” button will auto-generate the minimum required information about the tournament.

Enable Players to Enter Results

Enabling this settings allows participants to input their results. The winning team inputs the outcome and score, and the results are confirmed when the losing team approves it.

Discord Invite Link

Enabling this option and setting the Discord invite URL will display a Discord join button on the tournament page.

Note: Once the participating teams are confirmed, the Discord join button will only be available for the confirmed teams.

Note: We recommend setting the invite link to “never” expire.

2. Saving Drafts, Editing, Publishing, Deleting, and Cancellation of Tournaments
