You can choose between "first-come, first-served" and "Raffle."
From the standpoint of fairness, the organizer will not be able to select participating teams at its own discretion in regards to the raffle selection. However, a separate "Invite" setting is available for invited teams, which allows them to be invited on a first-come, first-served basis and not be subject to the raffle selection.
You can also invite teams to final rounds in Apex Legends.
Invitation quota can be set when selecting participating teams.
In the case of a preliminary round, invited teams will be allowed to participate in either the preliminary round or the final round.
You can confirm the proposed participating teams (including groupings) based on the team-entry -limiting rules. You can finalize the participating teams based on the availability of invitation slots.
Click on "Tournaments" from the navigation menu.
Click on "Organizing" in the top menu of the "Tournaments" page and select the specific game to see the list of organized tournaments.
Select a tournament and click on "Participants" from the top menu to see the list of team entries.
After the entry deadline, a "Confirm Team" button will appear in the upper right corner of the page. If you have invited teams, set up the invitations and click on the same button to confirm participating teams.
If you have a team that you want to eliminate before the teams are confirmed, go to the "Participants" section and click on the team's menu "…" and select "Pre-removed".
After confirming the tournament teams and a team declines to participate or is excluded for other reasons, a team may be moved up from the "Falls" list to the participating teams.
